On my 9th birthday I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, but with the foresight of knowing I have diabetes looking back at my life growing up I showed many of the symptoms at a few years of age. That never stopped me from living out my dreams. There are obstacles or circumstances that may come into life, but I believe in never losing hope and overcoming all odds (and evens). I live training to embody what my name is; Koa - Bold and Courageous Warrior. Helping other people to grow in any and every way that I can is my passion.

My holistic approach to training and health will help you to feel more confident to tackle whatever life throws at you. For maximum success you need to do exactly what is necessary for your given circumstances. I take into consideration how strong you are, your lifestyle, your biology, your goals, your schedule, and a number of other things in order to make a program that is designed specifically for you.
