There are many ways to train for a OAC. Some being more effective methods than others. All of my methods have been tested.. by me.
When I set off to accomplish the OAC for myself @6'2" 215lbs-220lbs 15% body fat I knew based off of my strength that I had a lot of work to do. I watched every YouTube video that talked about the OAC. I absorbed everything that made sense and was effective and didn't prioritize methods that promise little returns. Meaning small gains.

You want to optimized recovery and muscular development so maximum sleep / rest and staying or being relatively lean is going to be best. For me, that meant weighing in around 208lbs-212lbs 10%-12% body fat.
