Olympic Lifting Program

This program is purchased as 1 month but it is recommended that a minimum of 6 months are dedicated to develop proficiency in these movements as well as the proper mobility.
Power, technique, strength, and mobility are all very important when looking to develop your skills in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Together we will assess what needs to get taken care of before going into heavy Oly Lifting, then I will be available for advice on technique as well as general fitness questions. 1 month of programming designed for you to develop skill in movements that will translate into high explosive capacity for any situation.
