Many people fail to reach their truest potential by not devoting themselves to be the best they can be in every way possible. Meaning you don't eat stuff you know you're not supposed to every meal because you feel like it. If you are unaware of the fact that what you're eating is bad for you then it's your job to determine what your body really needs. Now this is more than just what you eat, its your work ethic, your reasoning, your drive, your determination, commitment, etc.., that make you grow stronger in any and every aspect of life. Having a lifestyle and a mindset that optimizes the opportunities to grow stronger in every way, will ultimately be what makes you into who you are. Of course there are other ways to grow, but I can attest to this myself that training physical strength can help to build mental fortitude and the confidence to overcome life's biggest challenges.
